Description	Si riflette sulla popolarità dei cantari nella loro pratica di mediazione di testi letterari, linguaggi e livelli di cultura. Funzione vitale dei cantari è proprio di garantire una continua osmosi di materiali e fonti che vengono messi in circolo e divengono terreno di mediazione culturale. Alcune delle caratteristiche dell’ottava canterina possono inoltre meglio risaltare al confronto con i poemi in ottava rima di Boccaccio, strettamente vincolati a un preciso progetto autoriale. The essay reflects on the popularity of the “cantari”, mediators of literary texts, languages and levels of culture. The function of these texts is to promote an interactive process in which different materials and sources circulate and become a common heritage. Some caracteristics of the “ottava canterina” can be confronted with Boccaccio’s poems in ottava rima, on the contrary strictly conditioned by an authorial project.	-
